David's story is told in 1 Samuel 16-1 Kings 2. There is no Book of David.

there is a book of daniel and some psalms were written by david and you can find david's story in 2 kings but there is not a book that is named after david.

I do not know what Bible you are quoting from. David wrote some, not all Psalms. Lemuel wrote others and also the sons of Korah.
When you find the Book of David, please list the ISBN number and the name of the publishing company.

There is no book of David in the canon of the bible.
King David is in 1st & 2nd Kings, 1st & 2nd Chronicles, and 1st & 2nd Samuel.
