I love to put red, orange and green pepper's on top of the base with chorizo sausage, red onion, sweetcorn, mushrooms and mozzerella cheese and a dash of garlic and fresh chilli. Lovely.

Ham and Pineapple. It's kind of a weird combination, but it's so low-key. Get one ham and pineapple and then one spicy meat pizza and it makes a great evening.

I am italian and very traditionalist about pizza.
so the one and only for me is "margherita"
tomatoes, mozzarella, a couple leafs of basil, a drizzle of oil.
Sometime I go for "calzone", a folded pizza with mozzarella sausage, ham and mushrooms inside.

I'm for the margherita as well, but I like to add avocado slices right when it comes out of the oven.

Pineapple and banana peppers.....It is really good! The pineapple adds a tangy taste and the peppers adds spiciness, its a good combination

ricotta cheese is delicious on pizza. I also enjoy grilled chicken and mushrooms
