for all of you people who thought that this was a sex question, you need an english lesson because oral means to speak. Dumbasses. By the way you can use picture and word associates for ex: you can use flash cards with pictures of the words you are teaching for a Cat show a pic of a cat.

Make up a game that uses colors or spelling words. Kids love to play and love games at that.

well, try making up songs and have everyone do it together i guess.

my oldest is 6 he is in speech therapy and when he mispronounces something they repeat what he says the correct way for example if he says " can i have a shrink" it get repeated to him "would you like a drink?'

Make up a simple song. Kids like to sing. Like I dunno, first you take the toothbrush then you add some tooth paste, swish swish swish on your teeth..i dunno
