My husband and I just bought a new bed. Ever since I have had the hardest time trying to get up in the morning. Alarms don't wake me up, my husband can't get me up, I guess I just get too comfortable, or I am actually getting some real sleep for once in my life. Any tips or ideas on what could help me? Or am I just being lazy?

Yeah I know what you mean. I'm a heavy sleeper to. Jaja. Ok but my mom used to pull my sheets, turn on the lights and turn on the television and the radio. Believe after all that you have to wake up. If your radio has an alarm you can used it, the same with the tv. Tell your husband to take your sheets away and to turn the lights in the morning. After your up wash your face and drink your cups of coffe!!!!

well, you need to reset your internal clock, should go to bed at 10 and wake up at 6 and drink a glass of water immediately unpon arising, within a week you should be waking without an alarm and have more energy without coffee or caffeine
