They are among the sexy accent people yes. But not the sexiest.. Welsh women have surprisingly nice accents. As do girls from up north (i'm from essex). Generally, most accents appeal to me that aren't from the same region as me: anyone not from East Anglia basically! I think the ultimate is French speaking nearly perfect English: good, but just that little bit of a foreign twang there which is just lush!

there isn't any such ingredient as an English, Scottish, Irish or Welsh accessory. all of them have difference accents and dialects interior the counties. yet i like Scotland- Edinburgh accessory England- Essex/ Cockney wideboy accessory/ Newcastle eire- Connacht Welsh- Cardiganshire accessory (extraordinarily whilst speaking Welsh)
