antidepressents will usually make you gain weight. I would call my doctor and ask or if you want google the name Lovan and look at the side effects online.

Yes! They can and of course the marketing released by the drug companies tries to diminish this side effect. Examine your eating and your exercise patterns. If you are eating very healthy, exercising enough and still putting on weight, then you should be talking to your doctor about other therapies. Keep in mind that psychiatrists basically just give out drugs these days. They do not provide much else for mental health care. You may want to look into a psychotherapist, a social worker, clergy person or other source of care.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

I gained 30 pounds on Paxil. Stopped taking it and my weight has not gone down. :(

It's like this: do I want to be fat and happy and keep my sanity or do I wish to be skinnier, a B*&$h,and insane? Seeing that I have young kids at home the choice was easy for me to make.

:)
