If God wanted to punish a Satanist why not let him/her in to Heaven? If he sends them to hell then that would be giving them what they want!! Soo where’s the punishment in that?

Dear Alexis,

A person who WAS a satanist will go to heaven if Jesus Christ made the payment for all his sins (Remember the demon possessed man of Gadarrah). You see, ALL of us deserve damnation (hell) because we have broken (transgressed) God's laws. In James 2:10 we read, If any man keep the whole law and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. So we are guilty and condemned before the Lord. But God, in His great mercy and lovingkindness determined to have some of these rebels with Him in eternity. The Lord could not just let them come into heaven becuase God is holy and just (sin must be paid for). So the Lord could have these ones He had chosen but they had to spend eternity in hell first--I think you see the problem. God, had to become a man (Jesus Christ), become the substitute for those He intended to redeem, and make the full payment for their sins. No other person could endure the wrath of God and come through it, except God, the God-Man Jesus Christ. Please not that many have been deceived into thinking that the brutality of the cross was the payment. That is absolutely false. Remember there were 2 thieves with Jesus undergoing crucifiction also! The wrath of God was being poured out on Christ when He went into the Garden of Gethsemanae and He prayed, "Father, if it be possible let this cup pass from me. But not my will but thine be done." The cup spoken here was the cup of God's fierce wrath. Jesus suffered the equivalent of spending eternity in hell condensed into the hours from the Garden of Gethsemanae to His death on the cross. The full payment was made when He said, "It is finished."
Also, you may want to know that all of us are under the power of satan unless the Lord has brought us into His kingdom--there are 2 kingdoms on earth: the kingdom of the Lord Jesus Christ and the kingdom of darkness, headed up by satan. So in reality, everyone who is not born again is a satanist, though they may not identify with that title. The demon-possessed man of Gadarrah went to heaven but after he was no longer demon-possessed or serving satan.

There are two forces...good, which God is, and evil, which Satan is. Heaven is pure and perfect...evil/Satan would be a corruption of good. Then it would not be Heaven. People who are Satanists are denying the very nature of the one they serve. Evil, by nature, will not reward, but defile, abuse, and confuse. But then, Satan is not known for truth, but for deceiving. Only a deceived person would want to go to Hell. The only way Satan can try to get back at God is to hurt and destroy His children.

Satanist do not understand what Hell is really like and that God is in control of everything.
They have some power for now from Satin(they think he is God), and they think that he is the in control of everything.

Satanists have long known that the word Satan scares religious people. They use it to expose the hypocrisy of Christianity. Usually they are just highly educated atheists who grew up with that hypocrisy and are rightfully bitter to the whole teaching. Christians, on the other hand, call anyone who isn't a Christian a satanist. Go figure!

Satanists don't believe in heaven. Or hell. Or Satan, for that matter. It's not like they're cheering to be with their infernal master, because they don't have one.

Being with God is never a form of punishment. The love and joy you experience is beyond description.

We should all have visiting rights. Mark Twain, I think, had it right when he advised, ""Go to Heaven for the climate, Hell for the company."

people have some kind of misconception of what hell is..it will not be some big bang of a sin party..it is separation from God and it is darkness and lake of fire..gnashing of teeth doesn't sound too good to me.

What they think about hell is nothing like what is expecting them there.
May God have mercy on them.
