What would you like to do on a first date?

I think dinner is always a no-no for a first date. People are weird about eating in front of each other and also the awkward silences are so much more apparent when you are having dinner. I would suggest something where conversation will always be provided such as the zoo. I know it sounds weird but you can have a laugh, not too formal and you will never run out of things to talk about - conversation is provided!

My first date worked like a charm- i asked this guy i liked to go to the movies with me and my bestfriend and her man... at the last minute the other couple mysteriously backed out (all part of my plan) and we went to see freddy vs. jason (yup another part of my plan) and then after the movie we hit the dinner chatted and he brought me home and we had our first true kiss and at the point I knew he was the one... 3 years later we are still together and looking for a place to move in together...

I'd like you to pay for the babysitter, you to pay for the great big amount of food I am about to eat and for you to buy the drinks that I will need to wash it all down. Then, I would like you to take me back home in a taxi which you will pay for then to top the evening off I would have you make love to me like no one has ever before. Then, due to the fact its a first date, I would have to move away from the area so as you could never point me out to your mates and tell them I am greedy LOL

A fun packed fair date going to fair (winnig prizes for her showing how strong u r) and just showing her a lovely time

Depends what I know about my date.
I'm an active girl, so rock climbing or biking in the country would be great for me.
A lovely meal at a nice restaurant would also be nice, then back to his and get jiggy with it.
Failing that, a good horror/gore movie will be good too.

well im 22 so i should say go for a meal
but what i would like on a first date is going to a funfair or something :o)

Go for a coffee, slice of cake and a walk in the park or by the river.

Enjoy lunch, a nice walk through a park or other scenic area, a movie....

go to the theatre and watch Riverdance...or a nice meal somewhere posh, or a nice quiet drink in a country pub...no cinema...lack of conversation....
