Is it ok for a chick to have breast implants or other types of augmentation such as reduction or lift?
What circumstances would make it ok? Single implant to match the remaining breast or two implants after single or double masectomy? Reduction for a very petite girl with F cups to prevent back problems? Implants to make tubular breasts rounder? A lift for a 40 year old with 5 kids that she breast fed so that she can feel sexy again?

Just to clarify, work outs don't TYPICALLY work on breast size. This is normally affected by gentics.
My breasts are double the normal size for a girl my age size weight etc, but that is due to the fact that I come from a long line of big breasted women (6th cousin to Dolly Friggin Parton!)

I had a breast reduction done last year. My breast were huge. They were not nice. Then I lost alot of weight and now they are too small. Go figure. The only problem with a breast reduction is that it does cause scaring. I am planning on having implants done next year. I think it is up to the individual. Personally I want to look my best.

I think that breast reductions or lifts are healthy and necessary depending on a woman's situation. For women with big, heavy breasts, those back problems can get extreme as women continue to age. Personally, i will not get breast implants--by my family's medical history, I'm already probably at risk for inheriting breast cancer or any cancer. f I want more lift or boost, I just shop for the right bras.

It is a personal choice.
I too come from a family of large chested women on smaller frames. No one in our family has ever had a reduction ut I could understand of some did. Some people just do not have the personality to handle all the attention dd's and f's can get a girl - not to mention the back strength to support them.
I can also understand why an a or b cup girl would like to have larger breasts. I am sure I do get special attention and care - particularly when I am in tighter and more revealing tops. That attention come from women too - not just men.

I remember a show by Jenny Jones where she did a special on her breast implants and the dangers of them. She was candid and open to questions and even showed pictures of what she looked like before and during and after 9 surgeries to give her the full breast that she wanted. Finally after all those surgeries, she was diagnosed with cancer in her whole chest cavity. Her boyfriend of many years stood by her side and supported each and every decision that she made or wanted.
Women that want to do breast implants is a very personal and thought out process I would think. I too have had three kids and at times I feel that when I look at myself in the mirror I feel that I have two wet sand bags just hanging off my chest. The one thing that my father told me years ago is; "do you want a man to feel you or the something fake".
Another girl friend of mine had breast implants went on to Mexico for a beauty contest and reached a certain altitude in the plane and her right breast implant poped which lead to her death. Women who have had breast removal due to cancer should not toy with the idea of having breast implants due to the cancer may come back. Cancer is never cleared but goes into "remission".
Petite girls that have very large breast a size F as you say, may want the breast sized down due to health issues and should just for health reasons. Having large breast when you are tiny can lead to osteoporsis, the "hump-back look" serious spinal damage, and when they get old you can tell when a women had very large breast they tend to sage down to the waist and require a designer bra.
Go to the Cancer Institute for women and do research there. They are very open and will guide to other places that can help with false breast to wear in a bra, along with other ways of helping her feel like she is a women again.
I hope this helps

This is a question that is up to each person, because answers are our own judgment of the situation.
But if you are asking my opinion, I feel that breast reduction has medical value to lessen chances of back problems for a large-breasted woman,.
The same with a person who has had a mastectomy - there's a medical value to it as the person no longer has breast tissue.
Otherwise, my own personal opinion is that it's simply a case of vanity to add breast size, which is why I don't have one.

A typical guy answer:
as long as the person doing it feels ok with it i dont think it really matters but if its getting out of hand like a 60 yr old or something there should be some sort of law in place.
But im all for sexy looking breasts so yer watever feels good to the person getting it done i think

I got breast implants for my 35th birthday. I think they are great for any reason that a woman wants them, even if it's just for more confidence.

Surgery is always tricky, it shouldn't be used to "improve" as some say. Women shouldn't have to worry about their breasts it's whats in side of you, not your body.
But it all really depends on how much it affects the situation.

Breast Implants surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

All those seem fine. I had breast reduction because I was one of those petite girls with really big boobs. I am so proud that I did it and would recommend others to do it.
