Thats actually very untrue , they in my opinion are like that to guys who they dont like and want to get rid off lol , the boring softie guys who are trying to *** kiss them . I think hot woman really hide who they really are i met this girl who was a right stuck up thing and well 10 mins later she was laugthing with me like we have known each other for years . A defence mechanism to get rid of the uncool guys ?

I agree with sweetpea partially. Some 'hot women' are indeed that way, and some hot women are honestly vicious and callous; why be kind when you're accustomed to the world cowing to your whims because you possess a certain aesthetic? Immature, selfish, yes... it ultimately cripples such a person's ability to function in the real world, in the long run, because time erodes all things--beauty included. Also, the definition of 'bad personality' is subjective. Some 'hot women' may be viewed as having bad personalities because they are very self-confident, and people of lesser intellect/esteem find that sort of confidence threatening and misconstrue it as extreme narcissm or arrogance.
I also partially agree with Wolfeex, I've grown a few inches and shed 40lbs over the last couple of years, in addition to growing my hair long, learning how to dress attractively, and refining my makeup methods... yet people seem to shy away from me a lot more than they did three years ago. It would seem that people prefer the company of the frizzy-haired chubby goofball kid to the viciously articulate, diet version of me. ;P

Because hot woman tend to have high self esteem which could come across as mean and cold btu you right it isnt true poeple say that Im good looking (if they say so) but I dont have a bad personality in fact im the one always making people laugh I dont care! Life is too short to be all high srung over dumb stuff like looks and who deserves to be with you. I have fun and live life thats is my goal in life to live life!

I applaude you for appreciating the traits that really matter. You sound like a smart guy. I think you might find that even though these intelligent girls are not as attractive as your last girlfriends that when you get to know them there traits that you enjoy will begin to make them more attractive to you. My boyfriend isn't the most handsome guy in the world but his mind and kind heart make up for those other traits which makes him the most attractive guy to me.

They usually act that way because they think that most men are not good enough for them. But then your definition of hot and someone elses are two different things, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Actually most "Hot" looking gals have more problems than avg good looking ones. They get passed by and ignored most of the time. Guys assuming they will never make the cut.

ALSO because some alot of guys tend to think if a girl is just being nice that she is flirting w/ em or likes them so it is easier rejecting them by being rude, so you really don't hurt their feelings cause they think ur just a ***** and they don't want to bother w/ u. If that makes any sense at all.
