You might think about trying The Movie Star Diet. I lost 50 pounds with it after only five months, and I couldn't be happier. I've tried a lot of different diets (Atkins, South Beach, and Weight Watchers, etc.) and none of them worked anywhere near as well as this one. if you want to look a bit slimer in a day get cling film and rap it round the part of your body in which you would like to get slimmer and leave the cling film over night ! EXAMPLE OF THIS IS, rapping cling film over your body examle stomach and leaving on all night you then sweat all night long and look a few pounds lighter in the morning really helps!!!

Drink lots of water...no salt and as little food as possible.
Salads are best.
Also could do water pills.
