I had the same problem and my husband also.
Did you get a tracking number on the package? With this option you can find out exactly where your package is.
No tracking number, give it a few more days. Then send an email to the seller asking for any information he has on the package.
If you don't get a satisfactory answer after trying all avenues, a post to EBAY regarding your issue may be needed.
There is a great distance between you so it could be up to at least 1 1/2 weeks to 2 weeks before the package arrives.

Fedex mail takes a few days. Royal mail--10 to 14 days approx. if you live in Sydney. However, if you live in Melbourne or the Ayers Rock region, you better add another week.
I have been tempted to buy stuff on eBay--nervous that I would not get my stuff. Let us know.

I can tell you now, large packages from UK take two weeks!
I send presents home to South Africa all the time, and never has anything arrived in a week.
If after 14 days you have recieved nothing, contact him.

he was probably only giving an approx delivery date. things wont always arrive exactly in that right time. royal mail cant promise things to be delivered by a certain time or date unless its a special type of delivery.
im sure it wont have got lost - just be patient and it will turn up
remember its got half the world to travel across to get to you
