College is hard because you don't always get healthy choices...
Try doing little things every day that will add up before the holidays and possibly you will lose that 10 lbs.
Try walking instead of taking a bus or car.
Don't drink sugared sodas or juices, buy the diet or light ones instead, or drink water
Even if you have to eat the fried food, don't put dressing on it-- you will be surprised how many calories and fat grams ranch and mayo have in it.. so if you have to eat the fried food, don't add lots of fatty condiments
try having a salad with every meal-- its supposed to fill you up (it never does me.. but at least it fills up part of my plate that would have had something worse on it)
And do anything else little that you can think of, try having pretzels instead of chips, whole wheat bread instead of white, baked potato instead of fries... stuff like that
hopefully that will add up for you and you can lose the 10 lbs before the holidays! goodluck!

Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

Limit your portions. Try a bigger breakfast, and then consequently smaller meals for lunch and dinner. Have healthy snacks in between your meals, so that your sugar levels don't spike. And above all, exercise. If you can't or don't want to exercise, walk whenever you can...instead of taking the elevator or going to the corner store down the street. Little changes in your life add up.

Get a 10 pound barbell and hold it over something soft to cushion it when it falls. Reach out to avoid dropping it on your foot and carefully drop it just before the holiday.

you're only 121 and 5'1. i'm 5'1 and i weigh between 132-135. that's a decent weight. why would u try to lose weight?..unless u just have alot of belly fat. i have alot of belly fat and i'm trying to lose inches around my stomach area. just try to not eat alot of starches. always eat breakfast. i myself eat fried foods but mine shows because i don't excercise. hit me back and let me know what you've decided.

All you have to do is exercise like when you eat junk food exercise regulary go to the gym or buy a thraedmill and run on it and lift weights whatever you what to do.

There is my covened "beer" diet. In this diet, you simply consume massive amounts of beer and occasional pretzels. Give it a whirl for a week or so and drop me a lin ;)

you are not over weight. please do not stress so much about your weight .when i read this i thought about the song from PINK STUPID GIRL. I'm not saying you are stupid .i think you are very smart being in school.think about school not how you look.be your self there are so many fake people that turn to lipo, botox ,fake boobs etc.GOD loves you the way you are.if its your health you stress about talk with a nutritionist.

You should try the thousand calorie diet, where you only eat a thousand calories a day and you only drink water.

You can cut all carbs and oil after SIX PM every single day. This is very effective. After six only fruit, vegetables and diet stuff.
