Since my parents are 85 years old I would rather walk in on them.

Oh dang. To be honest, when I was younger I actually did walk in on my mom- TWICE! I cant say it scarred me for life because I was really little.
I would have to say walk in on my parents though because I know that they would have NEVER let it go.
Me? Well, I can easily forget, and I am old enough to know that if i saw that happening i would leave just as quick as I came.
( I also would say though that if i heard noises coming from behind a door, i wouldnt even attempt to walk in, no matter who is in there)

There's really no difference when you are older. When your younger I could see how walking in on them terrifying, and your dad walking in on you especially being a girl is bad.
But it all depends on age, I have done both and I have to say being in the course of action when they walk in is a bit more nerve racking and totally ruins the mood.

That's gross either way, but I would rather have my parents walk in on me, I couldn't handle seeing them like that. Ew...
