Balut. that's a delicacy everywhere else different than the Philippines the place that's eaten as highway food from a supplier. Like we'd eat a pretzel or hotdog. that's a fertilized duck egg. definite, fertilized. You crack the egg and drink the embryonic fluid they call "sauce" then eat the child duck claws, feathers and all! The Vietnamese like their Balut much greater progressed, meaning greater crunchier claws and beak, mmmh yummy. no longer! Gag!
