I need to know what restrictions there are to going into Canada; Is one accepted if one's a felon; Is one restricted if one is on the sex offender list; etc. All legal questions.

No. If you have been convicted of any crime you are not acceptable. If it is one minor crime with any penalty ending over 5 years ago then you can try clear up your name. If you were under 18 when you committed the crimes then they are not an issue.

But just by the definition of a sex offender list means you would not be allowed in. The list itself wont keep you out, just that you are a criminal.

felons and sexual offenders are not allowed into the country.
