How do I get rid of my mom's boyfriend?

I'm the mom; I've been trying to get rid of him too; the kids are correct; he shouldn't be here. He wants to get married; I don't; I told him I am putting the kids first and to get out; but he is hasn't gone, and I have no support system. I wanted to have a fresh start without him; just my children and me; I love them and want to put them first - I want him out too - how do I get him out; also he does have a job now, and has been helping in my business; still, I want him to have his own place - not to be here with me. How do I get him out for good?

I like the first answer. You are not legally married, simply tell him that you want to break up / he should move out or whatever and that's that. If he doesn't comply, call the cops have him removed and change the locks!

Lol tell him to get out or you will call the police and they will remove him. He can do it the easy way or the hard way. If you are unhappy and your kids are, do it today. No since in being that unhappy. If he was anykind of a man, he would have left already knowing that he is not wanted.

Give him a timely notice that he is to pack up and get out.
Then change all the locks on the home etc. He can then arrange with the police to pick up his stuff at your convenience if he didn't move it when you told him too. Good Luck!

OHHHHHHHHHHHH, THIS IS WAY TO EASY, WHEN HE'S AT WORK PACK HIS STUFF, ARRANGE NEATLY ON LAWN, CHANGE LOCKS AND DON'T ANSWER DOOR!! Change the locks and put all of his stuff outside. Tell him that you are finished and that he has to move on.
