i have nescessary design criteria.but i don't know where to start and how to perform the analysis and computations.please give me some easy steps and example on structural designing.

A short, and very vague answer is..
you have to calculate the period of your structure and the applicable loading (live,dead,wind,etc). you apply the loading at each level of the structure and using the appropriate formulas determine the resulting forces.
(this is how we do it where I live, and I assume your codes are similar)

Seismic analysis is not easily explained.
Depending on what material you are using for construction, check with the appropriate code...
ie AISC for steel, ACI for concrete etc..

Why are you doing this? Any structural text will have examples, and the various codes detail loading criteria.

If you don't have the training and experience to do this then you should be seeking professional help. This is not something for just anyone to do.
