Blue is a primary color. Its not going to turn green. It is just going to get a blue green. You would have to add over three times the amount of green to get a similar color to green. try adding yellow. BLUE + YELLOW makes green.

Well if your trying to turn the Color Blue to Green you should be Using Yellow Tint ..... Not a green Tint

Green tint is green with white. I doubt you will get a very green green from this. At best, you will get a bad mix of blue green

YOUR BLUE BECOMES GREEN (BLUE-GREEN,OF COURSE) AS SOON AS YOU ADD YELLOW....THE MORE YELLOW, THE CLOSER IT COMES TO BEING YELLOW-GREEN....AS WITH EVERY COLOUR, THERE IS AN INFINITE RANGE OF DEGREES OF HUE. ON THE SPECTRUM, GREEN GREEN WOULD BE RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RANGE FROM BLUE TO YELLOW..
