I believe you are referring to the Stockholm syndrome.

I beg your pardon, I stand corrected. Menchuesen is correct. Now what is the name of the disorder where you get old and you can't remember crap. Sorry. Stockholm sydrome is where you where you come to "love" your assailant or kidnapper.
