Wicca is a nature-based faith that celebrates duality (male and female), harmony with the earth, and what's called the "Wheel of the Year" - the passing seasons etc.

There are two main "rules" in wicca - the first is the Wiccan Rede, which says "as long as it harms none, do what you will". Therefore we are bound to do no conscious harm as we go through our lives. Sounds easy enough, but is actually quite a tough discipline to follow.

The second "rule" replaces the concept of "sin" - where one is punished in the next life for one's actions in this one - with a more direct statement that essentially, the universe is bigger than you are, and will give you back exactly what you put out. The "law of threefold return" states that whatever you do - good or bad - will come back to you three times. So for every time you're a constant friend, constancy will be given back to you three times. Every lie you tell will give you three lies back, and so on.

As far as rituals are concerned, there are different ones for different times of year. I've included three links to the Pagan Federation website below - the first is on the Wheel of the Year, to give you a sort of calendar of rituals. The second is on festivals throughout the year, and the third is on worship and rites.

Hope this is of some use to you.

Blessed be.
