You are misinformed. only 8% of the budget goes to the military. Also, it is a myth that the earth has enough nuclear weapons to kill all human beings. There have been over 1000 documented nuclear tests, and after the russians set off the monster bomb (60megatons, or 120,000 times the power of north korea's bomb) the US set off 100 megaton class bombs within a 24 hour period(The last surface tests ever). None have ever had significant effect on the earths ecosystem.

Judging by your pathetic attempt at the English language, I'd say, No, we're not living in a civilized world. Some humans share the planet with sub-human creatures. They're called 'liberals'. They should be forced to live in zoos or in the wilderness where they can hug trees and eat dirt, organic of course!

yes it is very unsafe and uncivilized.because people like bus senior and his son more dagerous and do not know ifthe grand son ofbush becomes the president of usa.the world will become more unsafe
