To use the automatic summary feature, follow the steps below.

1. Select Tools > Autosummarize.
2. Choose how you want your summary displayed. Do you just want an executive summary/abstract at the beginning? Do you want a separate document?
3. Choose the percentage of the original from the dropdown. You'll figure this out based on the size of your original document and how big you want your summary.
4. Click OK.
5. Read the summary and edit as needed. Note: This is very important! The computer is not as smart as you are for determining the important passages from a document and rewording them. You will need to edit. This just lets you get a head start and simplifies it; it isn't a replacement for writing and editing yourself.

i'm no longer too particular you could shop it as a be conscious rfile. the final you're able to do (i could desire to be incorrect) is to shop it as an Excel rfile. and then deliver it into be conscious variety there, yet it quite is messy. you may desire to be waiting to shop it as pdf in case you have Adobe Acrobat put in. it is going to look in the shop As.. recommendations. If it would not attempt printing the challenge report as a postscript report and then convert this to a pdf applying Acrobat Distiller, it is in case you have Distiller!
