Not a significant source of dietary fiber, sugars, vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium and iron.
So apparently we eat them for the taste, sodium content and fat.

depends how the olive is served. If it is in Brine then it would be more salty etc

It's one of those funny ones - like avocados. They're good for you in the sense that they're full of good fats or oils, however only in moderation.
