Rom. 9 is the best argument that can be put forward for atheism or unbelief and the situation least understood by subscribers to Christianity. Certainly God is love and He so loved the world that He gave His own blood. Yet even that does not cancell out Romans 9 which says that there are vessels of wrath fitted to destruction and others to mercy and God fashions them both.
Unlike what is argued in R&S by most Christians; this is not about a vacation cruise to heaven offered by Catholics and Protestants.**

Everyone is an active part of God's plan. The choice people have to make is whether they what to be a positive player of that plan, or remain the negative player. All things in life works out for the glory of God. Praise the Lord!!

God does not have pawns, he is just and benevolent and would therefore never treat his children in such a way. The only people who are his pawns are those who follow blindly without heeding his words and lessons.

We're already pawns in god's game. That happens automatically, whether you realize or want it. God is everything and everything is god. The sooner everyone realizes that, the better off humanity will be. All the animals know this. We just happen to think we're better than everyone and everything else...including god. And I'm not talking about Jesus or Allah or any separate religion.
God is above and beyond human comprehension.
