Because shes rich!! Money dominates this world, one rule for one and one rule for another!! Celebrities get there own way!!!
Its totally unfair not fair to those couples who have been waiting years!!!

It may sound unfair but here are two sides to a coin.
She has more money than most who are in line for
adoption. I will try to make this short. My daughter
could not have children, so she scouted the country
to find the most critical child for adoption. She is a
Scot and the boy that was finally found had a very
serious heart condition and required immediate
surgery, so he was bypassed by all, excepting my
daughter. The boy is not altogether white, and the
paperwork that she had to go through took a while.
In the end, she got the adoption after committing
herself to the extra care and expenses to save this
boy‘s life, all in writing with no escape clauses. I felt
very proud of my daughter‘s decision. The boy is
now three and has undergone two surgeries and
there is still one to go, but he will survive. Do you
not think this a priority case. Would you adopt
such a child, it is easy to say yes when someone
else has already done the job. Ask yourself
sincerely taking into account that my daughter
is not wealthy nor famous, she is a school teacher.

Not at all!! I am so sick of Madonna right now!! Has she not made enough money yet?? Why is she still around, seriously ya look great love but I dont really need to be seeing that leotard every time I turn on the TV thanks!! GET SOME NEW CLOTHES!!!!!! That poor poor kid, no chance of being normal
Also ya have to stay in that country for 18 months before you can adopt why should celebrities get special treatment?/ Theyre probably less capable of looking after children then others considering they are all crazy and have these unrealistic lifestyles!! I love ranting!!

No way. She shouldn't be able to bypass laws just because she's famous and wants a new baby as the latest fasion accessory.
What about all those people out there desperate to adopt because they can't have children. It's unfair and ridiculous.
My opinion of Madonna has dropped drastically. I don't believe what she is doing is the best thing for this child, and I think she's doing it for her own gratification.

What's unfair is that Americans go abroad to adopt, and leave thousands of kids in our own orphanages. Get a clue people - clear up the mess at home before you start working on other people's.
I would ban US citizens from bringing adopted children into the country until all our own orphanages were empty.

Is there any proof she did adopt fast?. For all we know this could have been the result of months and months of planning and to be honest I think it probably is. Madonna doesn't appear to be stupid, she's been a successful business woman for years. I also don't believe that simply being rich and famous can fast track all bureaucracy, though money would certainly help with good legal representation.

My question to Madonna and Angelina is why don't you adopt within the US? There are so many children young and old that need loving homes. Don't take me wrong helping children anywhere is good but it seems a bit odd to me that no celebrities want American kids.

I'm sure that the child will have a better life,but then I think about Joan Crawford and how she mistreated her adopted child so who knows.Perhaps Madonna just needed some publicity and tried to emulate Angelina Jolie

No, but that's life. Celebrities or people with loads of money generally get preferential treatment above anyone else anyhow. Plus, I doubt a significant amount of Americans are trying to adopt children from Africa or any thrid world country so quickly anyway.

Yes, because many honest and decent people with a normal life, from a well structured family, want a child, and they can not adopt, because the law is hard with them. and this Lady with such a terrible background is able to adopt only because she is rich and famous even though she is not going to be a good example for this poor child, even with lots of money.
