maybe the white light at the end of the dark tunnel in OBEs could be Lucifer telling people what they want to hear...?

Lucifer/Satan is an angel of Light. Lucifer means Bright one... So it is possible.

I think that could be possible. I usually don't hear an out of body experiece person say they are born again

I doubt it. You hear of people going to hell in these experiences as well as heaven. Why would Satan tell you to go to the light and be with your loved ones? Why would people come out of these experience not fearing death? Why would they be filled with joy and a utter unflinching fearlessness of death? You would think it would be the other way around. You would think Satan would want them to fear God and death and ruin their faith in the process? No, white light good go to the light................
