No, you call the Department of Labor, then see a lawyer and file suit against him and the company. The BBB has nothing to do with this sort of incident.

Take him to civil court for battery. This is were you can get a money settlement instead of getting him jail time or a fine. The city should have taken care of that, if they found him guilty, he would surely be guilty in a civil case.

This is not really a "Food and Drink" question. But I would advise calling an employment lawyer to see if you have a case for wrongful termination.

i would definitely look into your options in a legal sense. it seems odd to me that you would be fired for being a victim. its like companies want their employees to feel that they can come to them with problems, but then punish them for doing so. you did the right thing, at any rate. i would call the better business bureau or look into finding a lawyer. good luck!

BBB can't do anything. Why did he slap you. Perhaps that is why you were fired. He should have been fired also. Just get on down the road.
