My male doctor does the same if he needs to examine a female..its to save them from an false accusations...

Because everything is getting out of hand.
It is almost impossible to find any situation now where it is safe for a MAN to be in the presence of a woman alone without the worry of a scream of rape.
I was a shop manager and catching shop lifters was a daily thing, we were not allowed to take them into the office alone, there had to be a female present incase there was allegations of rape before the police got there.
A store manager was sacked because this happened with an asian woman whose husband alledged she'd been sexually assaulted in the 30 seconds they were alone.
It's just the world we live in now.

It's part of their way of life.
No veiled woman is allowed to be alone with a male who is not related to her or is her husband.
It protects the womans honour as she has a witness with her, otherwise people could say she had behaved in a bad way with a man who was not her husband but because she has a chaperone with her she is safe from that.
It also protects the male as he cannot be accused of saying something wrong or touching the woman.
As we all know mud sticks and it doesn't have to be true, it's protection for both people

Madamspud answered quite perfectly. As for all the racists out there, you should really learn to mix with other comunities and cultures.
With regards to the comment about explosions, its not the religion or faith that encourages it, rather it is the person who chooses what thy want to do.
A person is responsible for thier own actions, THEY should be held responsible, not an entire faith or religion.
Some people need some fast track education and need to be aware of people in thier surroundings

It's a mark of respect and tolerance towards the Muslim religion and cultures, the kind of respect and tolerance that we need to see a lot more of these days.
And probably a healthy dose of covering his own ****, which is less desirable.

would you feel safe if somebody came to your house/place of work and kept there face covered and would not show themselves?
I for sure wouldnt in todays society
