That is an issue the world needs to discuss we can not continue the population in the world and have a planet that is livable.
Moral of the people having the children have more to do with the powerful people who advocate it.
Mexicans and other third world uneducated people service a purpose. More poor a country has less important a life is. Yet, the rich and powerful benefit.
Pure example: Mexico's population growth is 2% which mean every 33 yrs the population doubles.
Today with our high legal and illegal population of Mexico they have become a commode for both USA and Mexico. They are sent to here work for less, send money make to Mexico. American subsides their living and benefits paid by the taxes payers.
Who benefits not the poor of Mexico or the American people just the Rich and Powerful of both countries ( that also includes the Church). Why change it. So, I repeat "Morals" have nothing to do with it. Think about it.

They "breed" for the same reason you and I do. They are not the only reason "our" country is so overpopulated. Have you considered that America does not regulate birth control? Or that it allows people to continue to have children even though they are not suitable parents? Where are your manners?
