depending on the hrs you got they generally take out between 10-25% but i live in florida. so i dont know if that helps ya. but thats how much i have figured they take out of mine on average. the more hrs the more they take out too.

If you make roughly $11,000 or less per year, you will probably not have any income tax imposed upon you. Rather, you will get money back, all of it because you had money withheld during the year. At this salary level, you would be in the 15% income tax bracket for federal tax purposes. However, most states also have an income tax. Only about 8 or 9 don't. What do you mean by "(=1100/m)"? I didn't understand this part of your question.

Oh yeah, you will also be on the hook for 7.65% social security tax, but theoretically you will get this back years and years from now when you retire. (Theoretically.......I personally doubt much of what our politicians have to say about this.)

there are alot of factors to consider. Marital staus, dependents etc.... if you go to IRS.gov it will give you all the information you need as well as the tax bracket that you are in. You can also find out what your state tax is by going to your states web site and clicking on the tax department.
