I use a mortar & pestal and grind a 500 mg Vitamin C pill to a fine powder and add a few drops of very warm water. I apply this to my skin as a mask, allow it to dry and then splash my face with warm water until the Vitamin C is all removed. I do this about 3 times a week after showering, on dry skin. Sometimes there is a little burning sensation, but nothing serious. Avoid eye areas. My skin glows!

Shiny and Beautiful Skin Tips
Most of us are gifted with beautiful skin but are not careful in preserving its original texture. Therefore during the climatic changes the tone of the skin changes and turns rough. If you regularly provide nutrition to the skin it is likely to remain glowing.
The food we consume also has a bearing on the way our skin looks. Foods containing greasy, oily and fatty substances make the oil glands overactive and therefore we are more likely to face various skin problems. Water is a very good as it cleanses the skin pores. It fights against all the toxins in the body. Therefore it is necessary to consume 8-10 glasses of water per day.
Besides, scheduling an exercise program everyday is very good. The excessive oily substances are drained from your body through the sweat that is produced when you exercise. The workouts also relieve you from all types of stress that reflect on your face
directly.
Take care of your skin by applying the proper type of lotions or creams. Do not use the products that contain strong chemicals as it could ruin your skin. Do not smoke because it directly affects your skin and speeds up your ageing process.

All radiance is is more or less good circulation and good exfloliation. It has somewhat to do with what you eat, but very little to do with what you apply to your skin.
Exercize (or masturbate--it sounds a bit scandalous, but it works), try to avoid smoking, go easy on the face make-up, use a facial scrub and moisturizer every day.
As for what to eat, there's no miracle suppliment or food--just avoid junk food and alcohol. That oughta do it.

Well avoid using products formulated with animal products, formulated with mineral oils and with chemicals, alcohol, fragrances. The animal products come from dead animals and what most companies do is buy from rendering plants the oil that comes from boiling the dead animals and they use it as "fillers" to put in their "beauty" products... it is so gross i know .... anyway also avoid mineral oil because 10% of fine lines and wrinkles come from using mineral oil which comes from petroleum look on the ingredient list of your products and you will see petrolatum or mineral oil, these will not let your nutrients be absorbed by your skin and will cause your skin to get spots and will definately clog your pores..... anyway, i use botanically based products and they work wonderful... you can see and feel the difference immediately... i am getting every single day compliments on my skin .. i also use their fatty acid supplement ..i buy them online at http://arbonnepuertorico.myarbonne.com you have nothing to loose ... check them out so you could see their extent products for everybody.... also eating lots of fruits, vegetables and drinking lots of water will definately help also
