Search the internet for a good way to dissolve the glue on duct tape. Soak her paw in that and get the duct tape off.

She may be limping because of the awkwardness of the tape, not necessary pain. I've had my dogs limp around with string caught on their feet and various other none painful objects attached.

If she whimpers when you mess with it and you can't get it off without her whimpering, then take her to the vet.

Whimpering is going to be your sign of pain.

See if you can get her to let you soak the paw that's wrapped in duct tape in some warm water (or if she will let you hold it under the faucet and let some warm water run over it) so that the glue on the tape will soften up some. Then you should be able to remove it slowly and gently.

Pads of feet are sensitive. Take her to the vet for proper care and removal of the tape. She will probably need medication and the suggestion of putting a kids sock on her feet until her pad is healed. If she is in that much pain, she may even need a pain medication (do not give anything OTC w/o consulting with your vet!).

Please, call you vet and have this taken care of.

Take the tape off, and see what she does, if she's still limping chances are theres something more take her to the vet, just to be sure..she could of done something severe like broke a bone in her foot or something, it's always good to be sure.

Good Luck:)

You might want to try standing her in a tub of water to soak the duct tape off.
Or maybe some Vaseline or other lubricant can unstick the tape.
GOOD LUCK!!!!

Soak the paws in luke warm water and use some skin so soft if you have any....this will help break down the glue in the tape and make it easier to seperate from the fur
