It doesnt seem to be hurting her much, cause shes not crying. She just keeps rubbing it on the floor. Please what can I do? Is there any way to put it back in or something?

You need the emergency vet clinic.
This is an emergency and you need to get the dog seen now.

Put the puppy in a box or cage for now, allowing her to rub herself on the floor is going to cause an infection and or more damage. If its really not possible to get to a vet do you know of a local breeder or try where you got the dog from for help

There isn't even an emergency clinic nearby? If there is, get her in. It might be hemorroids, too. My dog has hemorroids, and she scoots on the floor a little when they're acting up, too. That may be it if she's been straining when she goes to the bathroom.

you need to take your dog to the vet as soon as you can. it could be something like worms hanging out of her but. i doubt her intestins could just come out her butt.

1. stop every extra food and etc
just take normal food (not Bone) and fruits like apple and orange or cucumber..
2. if it has diary you have to drink it some water
3. at last generally you must take a diet a day for her. for example just twice a day for 1 glass
I hope that she will be ok soon
have a good time

Yeah think GreyLady has your answer.
Have you been giving him enough water to drink lately?
His rusty sheriff's badge inverted itself from over-exertion by the sounds of it...i.e. pushing too hard for a number duo.

No, don't touch it and take her straight to the vet. It's called a hemorrhoid.
