i fear using cosmetics for keeping my beatiful skin especially on my face..,is drinking lots of water good for skin?..,or eating cheese are good forskin?..,plz give me more tips for achieving a good skin?

Yes drinking water is important for healthy skin. Do not fear cosmetics. I have found that they help. a lot of face creams have SPF built in now so there is UV protection already. There is nothing wrong with moisturzers. find one that works for you. I personally am sensitive to anything with a fragrance so I have to becareful what I choose.

Drinking water is great...Lots and lots of it....
Eating yellow fruits and vegetables is good too (Like carrots, mango, and other stuff). They give your skin a nice, healthy glow. You should also try massaging it....like small, circular rubs every once in a while.

Avacados are another "good skin" food, also, try the Olay vitamins. They make one specifically for clear/even skin tone.

yes drink tons and tons of water! also a good suncreen is recommended to avoid uneven toning of the skin by the sun. eating peanut butter is also great for the skin (but most people avoid it when they want to lose weight:)
