That information is only available to the owner of the A number, his/her authorized legal designee, or law enforcement.

Uh, yeah. Unless you're the alien assigned to that A-number, you're out of luck. There was this bill passed by congress a long time ago called the Privacy Act. Basically it says that you're not supposed to be able to gain information on someone else without their express written consent. So if you're just trying to dig up dirt on someone, you should probably just let it rest and find something more productive to do with your time.

should you be an American living in my country that is so beloved and envied by many you should be very familiar witht he privacy act NO you can't get the imformation unless you re ICE, FBI, DOD, NSA or the clerk of courts
