so what the hell does it mean when you follow a girl all week in unexpected places obviously not in favor of your own schedual,and then you ask her "who the hell she is" even though she's never talked to you like ever.are you pissed at her or something?and then you tell her friends not to tell you who you are.

It could be he's a stalker. and needs to be visited by a police officer. If it still continues, file a protective order against him which will become a record in the PD's system.

The guy sounds like a wierdo. If he is going out of his way to follow you this much, I would be concerned. Find out who he is and tell him you dont want his company and if he continues to follow and harrass you that he will be in jail soon.
