A sign a guy likes you is he always makes prolonged eye contact with you and will occasionally break the contact because he becomes nervous or embarrassed that his object of attraction is looking at him.
How to Tell if a Guy Likes You
Probably the best way to know if a guy likes you is to simply ask him, but we all know that can be a challenge. So, here are a few clues to working out if he likes you as much as you like him.
Steps
Examine his body language. If he likes you, you will see that his body position will lean forward toward you.
Keep close. Ever get the feeling that somebody is "in" your personal space - so much so that you want to step back? If he likes you and you like him, neither of you will step back.
Make eye contact - if he likes you, he'll get it and hold it. Again, this can be uncomfortable if you don't like him or vice versa.
You'll know if you feel like you have held eye contact just a fraction of a second longer than you would with anyone else, or if he looks away quickly.
Be aware of touching - he might put his hand on your arm when he laughs, or not move his leg if it happens to touch yours. This is a very good sign that he likes you.
Keep an eye out. His pupils will dilate (get bigger) if he likes you - but this is quite hard to pick up on and you might look a bit weird looking that closely into his eyes.
See if he keeps going out of his way to 'bump' into you.
Watch for him showing interest in things you like and do.
Joke freely. Does he laugh even if you aren't funny?
Check for signs of nervousness: nervous laughter, sweaty palms, fidgeting...
Smile. A big smile in return probably means the feeling is mutual.
See if he always end up in the same line or group as you.
Ask! You can do this over AIM or email if you really are nervous. Try to do it casually; he may ask if you like him first...say Yes! Tell him you don't like mind games, and he'll likely follow your lead and be straighforward.

you will feel some sort of connection with him,eye contact,smiles,flirting,try speaking to him or say hello as yr passing,and give him that god i want you look,you know the 1 lol if you don't fancy him just a regular smile will do

ask him to go out with you 1 night, best to get him away from work and see what happens, maybe organise a work night out or something.

it's in the eye contact. he may sweating a bit. if he thinks you like him back, he may mess around. lead him on. see what happens. you might be surprise.

i think u should talk to him first and try to befriend him i know it is hard but if u really like him or something u should try this and then slowly get to know him
