I like listening to either Gospel...or music from the forties and fifties...get up super early,...do'nt take any naps....have a glass of white wine..hot bath, etc...and make sure you have a comfortable bed....don't eat right before you go to sleep either...

I like Llewellyn and Zamfir. I purchased cds on ebay stores, but had to get them from the US. You can go to llewellyn.com and listen to snips of the cds, his wife Juliana has cds as well.

Anything that you like will do - it's entirely your decision though as something like that is so personal. What I find relaxing you may well find disturbing, and vice versa, so my (or anybody else's) suggestions are worthless to you.

If I were you, i'd forget meditation tapes and get your self some lavender oil or spray, spray some on your pillow, it really works.
