Oxidative Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) is the test you would want performed. You'll find that gram for gram vitamin C will serve better. Vitamin C is only a water soluble antioxidant to really be beneficial you want fat soluble as well as water soluble. Furthermore you want long term (can last a few hours or more) as well as short term (last only a few seconds)antioxidants.

Honey is not an anti oxidant. Honey is the most concentrated fructose.

Honey is not an antioxidant. Honey has few, if any, benefits but it contains a lot of sugar (or fructose or fruit sugar) so it is bad compared to vitamin C which has lots if benefits if not overdosed.

Honey is an axioxidant, I believe dark honey has better properties.

it is an anti-oxidant.....dont know how to make an accurate comparison though, on what are you comparing them to?
