I HAVE A BAD SKIN. MY HAND AND LEGS ARE ROUGH AND WRINKLY. I AM ONLY 29. I ALSO HAVE BIG SCARS WHICH CANNOT FADE FOR MORE THAN 10 YEARS NOW. I HAD WOUNDS RESULTING FROM SOME INJURIES. NO OPERATIONS WERE DONE, THEY JUST HEALED WITH MEDICINE. BUT THEY ARE UGLY. MY ARMS ARE SO ROUGH AND THERE IS DISCOULORATION. I HAVE USED SO MANY WRINKLE CLEARANCE, SCAR REMOVAL, SMOOTHENING LOTIONS AND SOAPS, NO SUCCESS. I REALLY WANT TO EXCEL IN MY CAREER BUT NOT WITH THIS TYPE OF SKIN. I AM AFRICAN, CHOCOLATE BROWN. BUT THE SCARS ARE BLACK AND LARGE. THE BACK OF MY PALM IS A MESS OF WRINKLES AND MY NOCKLES ARE DARKER THAN THE ARMS. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO USE. I DONT WANT A BLEACHING STUFF, BUT SOME SOAP THAT CAN GET RID OF THE SCARS AND WRINKLES. OR LOTIONS. KEEP IN MIND THAT I AM AN AFRICAN. I THINK THE LOTIONS IN THE MARKET, DESPITE THEIR EXPENSIVE RATES, ARE MEANT FOR LIGHTER SKINS? HELP PLIZ. THANKS TO YOU ALL

You really need to see a dermatologist

cetaphil cleanser is dermatologist recommended. do not confuse the cleanser with cetaphil lotion which is for moisturizing. keep applying the cortisone 3x a day. babies of this age get crazy rashes. it should start easing up once he turns 6 months or so. it might also help to put a humidifier in his room. usually these type rashes are nothing to worry about and will clear up on their own as the baby gets older. the only reason to put cortisone on it is for cosmetic reasons. if it continues after he is 6 months or so i would go to a dermatologist just for your own peace of mind. in the long run it may turn out that he has allergies or just ezcema prone skin. i believe johnson's lotion has fragrance in it. in order for a product to be truly hypo-allergenic it should have no fragrance it is at all. so look for it to say "fragrance free" on the label. for a moisturizer simply put a thin coat of vaseline on his cheeks before bed.

First, start with Vaseline(petroleum jelly) to soften your skin. Use it after each bath to moisturize your body. It doesn't take much. put a little in your hands, rub together and apply to your body. After a while, about 2 weeks, use cocoa butter, in soap or lotion. Make sure with the brand you use, cocoa butter is no further than the 3rd ingredient. this let's you know how much is in there. God bless!

ok .. i had many skin conditions and the only thing that helped me was a botanically based product calle darbonne... these products are reallyh amazing .. i have a cuban friend who is black and he has terible skin all dried up and he uses these products also... we feel the difference and we can see it right away because the are formulatted without mineral oil which will clog your pores it is like wraping your skin with celophane paper and applying skin lotions .. will it go through the cellophane paper? no .. it will stay on top.. so when you use products with mineral oils you will see no good.. also if you use products formulatted with animal products you will see the same thing .. it will not get absorbed by the skin ...arbonne products are beneficial pure and safe... i love them and i swear by them .. i have seen so many great testimonials ... i was just amazed ... we buy them online at: http://arbonnepuertorico.myarbonne.com

Use Aveeno Body wash and lotion to smooth wrinkle and help problem areas. It won't help scars but will help replenish moisture.

Hi!
My answer is that you are too concerned about your apperance, and that you should try perscription lotions. You might have had a spreading yeast infection. See your Dr.

Shea butter or Cocoa butter should work, but still see a dermatologist.
