Ascella from New Haven to Penn Station, then NJ Transit top where ever you're going.

You need to call the local train transit in your area. From there they can map out your intinerary and give you the cost and times as well.
I live in NJ, here it is called NJ Transit.

91 to 95 it will turn to the NJ turnpike, thats how i get to delaware from new hampshire when i go and visit my partents.
