The ideal first date is the one where i get to kiss the girl but am not allowed to go further. Because it means that the girl has started loving me but is also having a self esteem.

Oooh, good question.
The best date ive ever had was with this guy Paul. It wasnt awkward, we chatted comfortably, and openly, and just sat in perkins till ungodly hours of the night, playing cards and drinking coffee.
I think that was all about the company, the activity is the last thing you think about when good company is present.

this time of year, dinner and a haunted house. you get your "alone time" at the restaurant, and the perfect opportunity to indirectly flirt at the haunted house. then maybe a good scary movie...great for the girls to either be or act scared...
