To love, you only need romance.
But for marriage you need money. You have to have a job, a house and money to support a family because there are going to be children later on.

When everything feels right. Listen to your inner voice and you will know when a person is right for you. If you feel uncomfortable about marriage or being around the person then they are not right for you. If you love your partner warts and all and seen him/her with a bad cold or flu and still be in love with them and want to marry them, then yes you're on the right track.

It's just one of those things that you just know. I always thought I'd never know if my husband-to-be was the right one...now I'm engaged and I knew way before he even asked me to marry him.. - as for a right time.. thats just about how things are going in your life and if you're finacially ready for a marriage.

I always say that everyone has his or her faults and when you find a guy/girl you love and want to be with ask yourself if you can live with his or her faults. If you can, give it a try.
I also stand by the old saying that when you meet the one you will know. I know its old fashion but I knew as soon as I met my husband.
And also I agree with the poster that said you need to have your own place, own car, a job etc...
Marriage is hard and it will only be harder if you have to get those things after you get married. And besides, you want to get married when you want a partner, not when you NEED one.

well with me the time was totally wrong i just fell for him at the age of 15, we got married at 20. now i realize that i should've given it more time like now i'm 25 and mother of two. so.. i guess around 25 i would say and to understand the person u have to live with the person and not just talking over the phone or going out few times. now i like "live in realationship" but can't do it hmmm still love him but never got wat i wanted except sex.
to understand and to know he/she is best for u look for signs like if ur polite then take her/him to a restaurant if he/she talks with the waitress/waiter politely means kinda for u if she/he just order the meal and not even say thanks or please means u know wat...........
