hi...gym trampolines are quite limited...
running up and down on a spot is quite a common exercise...with following alternatives

arms can be punched out with each step
light weights can be held while jogging on the spot...also punching forward and towards the air...
knees are ment to be high while running on the spot...
a trampoline by itself is not going to make someone fit and slim straight away...attending classes at a gym would also help!

You mean the little rebounder things? You can jump, and jog- use your arms too, my exercizze sheet also suggests that you sit on it with your arms crossed but away from your chest and your feet flat on the floor and bounce your bum up and down, r sit cross legged in the centre and bounce- the last two are difficult at first but if you perservere you will get them.

just jump up and down on it and have the time of your life, if your out of breath then it's working
