He is interested in you. The human being expresses interest with touch. Trust me, I know, I was interested in this guy and I always kept touching him, his shoulders, patting him on the back, and guess what? I got him. Touch is always the best. Just make sure he doesnt grope you in a sexual way. (Until Later) lol

it means he really wants to touch you everywhere else... shoulder touching is considered the 'gateway' touch... after the shoulder comes boobs... and then who knows what.... the best thing to do in a situation like this is to buy a bucket of delicious golden fried chicken to distract him with... right when he is reahing for napkins... run... run far far away... he won't follow you.. i mean who leaves half a bucket of fried chicken behind?
