I was bulimic. I know it seems like you don't mind, but it does way more damage than you think. If you are asking an effective way to do it, then you may not be in as bad shape as it may seem. Before it gets worse, you should realize that it won't make you look as good as you think, trust me. And most people who are bulimic binge eat, so throwing it up does not really get rid of it all. Don't ask of an effective way, because there is none. Effective would suggest that there is way to get the results you want, but trust me there is no effective way, because in the end you won't look the way you imagined. You will look unhealthy and it will be evident.

Hon, you should "mind it". Buliemia has reaked havoc and ended many people's lives. Don't think you can control it; it is a compulsion, and therefore it controls you. You really need to tell someone you love, see your family doctor, and have some therapy. Why would you allow your life to be taken over by such a destructive compulsion? Even if you think it makes you look good, because it helps you lose weight - though many bulimics don't drop any significant weight - or if you think it's just a quirk or something, something that affects no one but you - there are many health concerns that go along with bulimia, not to mention the constant hiding you will have to do because you will not feel comfortable mentioning it to many other people. Why make yourself a slave to these compulsions? Why not go to your doctor and therapist and instead figure out a healthy diet for yourself - and figure out a way of dealing with food that won't necessitate hiding, binging, and throwing up. Good luck, and be healthy.

wow did you know that bulimia is a serious illness that can kill you or cause your brain to shut down leaving you in a vegetative state there is other ways of loosing weight in a healthy manner and i think if anybody that gives you a answer how to do it is not the greatest of advisers. Good Luck not only that you will be thin ugly thin but you have some nasty rotten teeth from the acid of your stomach decaying and rotting your teeth do you remember that woman in the news that she was in a vegetative state for a long time and they starved her to death so she could die well what do you think caused her medical problems that lead to that. well you be thin but with a horrible smile but i guess that is just the price of doing things the lazy way.

Don't do it. Get yourself some help. Bulimia will not only rot your teeth but kill you in the end. Remember you want your insides to look at least as good as your outsides.

first seek professional health for your eating disorder; then eat healthy foods, like a lot of vegetables, fruit, protein, etc. and exercise, like yoga, walking, jogging, working out in the gym.
