But i want an emoish Black hairstyle, Kind of long that goes over one eye, And Comes down to the end of my cheek.

Do you think dying it black would look silly or cool?

I would say no to the black... I've seen plenty of people dye their hair black and have it look bad. I think only people with natural black hair look good with it. But you could still do the hairstyle and it would look cool.

What color are your eyebrows? If you have blondish eyebrows, then definitely not; you might be better off with a medium brown. If you have brown eyebrows, it'd probably look fine. But I'd say never go more than a few shades darker or lighter than your natural hair color.

You can do whatever you want, babe. Experiment with your looks and dont let anyone's comments make you feel bad or sway you from what you want to do. In the end it boils down to your happiness not that of strangers on the internet or your best friends.

Black is fine. Except when your roots come through and you end up looking like a skunk..

Maybe you should do it dark brown. Black is so dark and it will be obvious on you because your natural hair is light. Really though you should just do what you want.
