I believe its called the air plane? and you just lay down, on you back i believe,not tummy, have child stand by your feet, you pull them up on them, and fly fly fly..

Hey2you had the steps right, I play that with my son now- but I call it superman instead of airplane.

The way I always played was Lying on the floor, on my back, feet and hands up, and the child would hold my hands, and lay their stomach on my feet and I would guide my feet to make them "Fly"
