Sure you can............it will technically be late though.
But if you have no tax then there will be nothing to penalize.

You can always file but after Oct 16 you cannot file electronically - you must mail in your papers.
If you are expecting a refund however you only have 3 years from the due date to file. For example 2005 return that was due April 15 2006 must be filed no later than APR 15 2009 to still claim a refund.
You should determine whether you have enough income to be required to file.

You can file tax returns any time. If you owe money you are penalized and charged interest based on what you owe. If you don't have enough income to warrant filing then you don't have to file. Your information is incomplete so I can't give you any more of an amplified answer.

Too late.
Filing is what is required under law. Whether you pay or not is not an issue, unless you owe. In which case, you already began racking up penalties and interest since April 15th.
Either way, if no automatic extension was filed before April 15th, you've already violated the law.
You have 1' 27" PDT to get it postmarked.
Good luck.

Yes, you can still file for your tax return.
If you are certain that you don't owe, and if you had W2 with tax withholding, then chances are you would get a refund. If indeed you have a refund, then you have 3 years to claim it before loosing your money to IRS.
Best wishes.

Yes. Anyone can file taxes at anytime. I suggest doing as soon as you can however but if you owe no money there is nothing to penalize.
